Payment by bank transfer in advance
In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will be processed only after receiving confirmation of successful credit from the bank. Payment must be made within 7 days from the order date. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. The bank transfer description must necessarily include the order number, order date, and customer's first and last name. Product availability should only be evaluated from the moment the credit is received.

Payment by VISA credit card - PAYPAL
In cases of goods purchase with credit card payment (concurrent with the conclusion of the order transaction), the reference banking institution will only authorize the debit of the amount related to the purchase made. In case of order cancellation either by the customer or in case of non-acceptance of the contract by Tufano Srl, Tufano Srl will request the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the committed amount. The release times depend exclusively on the banking system and can extend up to their expected expiration (24th day from the authorization date). Once the transaction cancellation has been made, Tufano Srl cannot in any case be held responsible for delays and/or damages caused by the banking system. Tufano Srl reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. Should the customer not provide such information and/or copies, Tufano Srl reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the credit card purchase procedure is Tufano Srl able to know personal information about the cardholder, as the information is transmitted directly to the website of the banking institution managing the transaction, which is a protected site. For this reason, Tufano Srl cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment for products purchased on its website.

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

The Customer can pay for their purchase through their verified Paypal account, according to the methods provided by PayPal and known to every account holder. Tufanomoda reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated by the customer on the PayPal verified account, at the time of payment.
