RETURNS

Tufano Moda aims to guarantee its customers complete satisfaction, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily be at the customer's expense and responsibility within 15 days of delivery, and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used, AND WITH THE TUFANOMODA.COM YELLOW SEAL INTACT. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers who purchase for purposes related to their professional activity (e.g., instrumental use, resale, etc.) and who therefore communicate their VAT number to the Supplier.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to Tufano Moda , the customer must comply with precise conditions:
A) - All items sold on the Tufano Moda website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment via a yellow disposable security seal with the Tufano Moda logo. The garment should be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the security seal. Returns will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole. Returns with a cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered-with security seal will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the customer and must be adequately packed and packaged to protect them from any damage during transport. 
D) - All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item.
E) - The merchandise to be returned must be shipped no later than 15 days from the delivery date.
F) - Customers who wish to exchange a size, color, or item must follow the return procedure and place a new order on the Tufano Moda website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted. 

In the event of non-compliance with any of the above conditions, Tufano Moda reserves the right not to accept the returned merchandise and to send it back to the customer at the latter's expense.

4.2 RETURN PROCEDURE

A) - To request return authorization, the customer must send a request to [orders@tufanomoda.com]  within 15 days of receiving the goods. The email must specify the codes of the items intended for return. Once the return request has been received, Tufano Moda's customer service will send the customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Send the package to Tufano Moda shipping office Via G. Cavallaro, 87. Shipping is at the customer's risk: Tufano Moda is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delayed delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type. 
All returned items will be inspected by the Tufano Moda staff, who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Tufano Moda reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined at the end of the assessment of the return conditions and communicated to the customer. 

REFUND

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The due refund will be made by credit to a credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal), or bank transfer.
