Tufano Srl - with registered office in via Geremia Cavallaro, 87 - 84018 Scafati (SA), creator and promoter of the activities available on the TUFANOMODA.COM website, reserves the right to use personal data, voluntarily provided by Users, in compliance with current regulations (articles 13 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/2003).

Tufano Srl guarantees users that the processing of personal data will be reserved for uses strictly connected and related to the provision of its services, to facilitate the management of the website and the fulfillment of orders.

The data voluntarily provided by Users will under no circumstances be communicated or disclosed to third parties.

In case of payment by credit card, the essential information for the execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiry date, security code) will be sent to the responsible processing entity (in this case Nexi CartaSi group), or possibly to companies responsible for fraud control, via encrypted protocol, without third parties being able to access it in any way. This information will never be viewed or stored by the Seller (Tufano Srl).

Tufano Srl adopts adequate security measures to minimize the risks of destruction or loss of data, unauthorized access or processing not permitted or not compliant with the collection purposes indicated in our Privacy Policy.

However, Tufano Srl cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the website and the transmission of data and information on the website are able to limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or data dispersion by devices belonging to the user. For this reason, we suggest to website users to ensure that their computer is equipped with adequate software for the protection of data transmission over the network (e.g., updated antivirus) and that their Internet provider has adopted suitable measures for the security of data transmission over the network.

Tufano Srl informs that Users can exercise the rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, reported below in its essential part. Users have the right to request the following information from Tufano Srl:

  1. confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them
  2. clear communication of data and their origin
  3. the reason and purpose of their existence and use

The request for the information listed above can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except in cases where there is just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to violation of the law; cancellation of data that cannot be used for the reasons for which they were collected.


Our business policy
1. Tufano Moda offers products for sale on Tufano Moda and carries out its e-commerce business exclusively with its end users who are "consumers".
2. When we speak of "consumer" we refer to any natural person who acts on Tufano Moda for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to refrain from conducting commercial transactions on Tufano Moda
3. In consideration of its business policy, Tufano Moda reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the "consumer" or in any case orders that do not comply with its business policy.
4. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Tufano Moda between users of Tufano Moda.
5. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not, however, regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by subjects other than Tufano Moda who are present on Tufano Moda through links, banners or other hypertext links.
6. Tufano Moda reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Obviously, the cancellation is followed by the relevant refund of the entire amount spent; the refund will be made with the same method used for the order payment.

Guarantees and product price indications
1. On Tufano Moda, only luxury brand and premium quality products are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly from the companies that own the displayed brands, carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls.

The goods offered for sale on the Tufano Moda website are obtained exclusively from the brand owners. All brands mentioned on the Tufano Moda website are registered trademarks owned by their respective owners who hold the rights and ownership. Most of the brands present on the website and referring to products for sale on Tufano Moda are famous brands known to the general public and to every user of Tufano Moda.

2. Tufano Moda does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Tufano Moda within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on Tufano Moda may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
4. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final selling price before submitting the relevant order form. The change in the selling price, whether increasing or decreasing, is our unquestionable choice and may occur even a few seconds after you close the order.
5. Tufano Moda, in case of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right to refuse the return of products that are missing their tags or warranty seal, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

 

6. Since this is a catalog comparable by law to mail order sales, Tufano Moda reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in case of errors in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will obviously be refunded for any expenses incurred.

 


 

SHIPMENTS

 

 

Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €100.00, otherwise a cost of €10.00 per shipment will be applied. International shipments have a variable cost depending on the destination country; for more information, please send an e-mail to info@tufanomoda.com.

Tufano Moda ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via DHL express courier service. All goods shipped by Tufano Moda are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, Tufano Moda will include in the package (or where requested via e-mail) the invoice detailing the prices of the purchased items.

 

FREE INSURANCE

Tufano Moda is covered for all shipments by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All regularly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Tufano Moda, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled on the following Tuesday.

 

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

Tufano Moda offers its customers a trackable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by DHL. The Customer will receive a confirmation email of the goods' shipment with the code (tracking number) provided by DHL, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time by connecting to www.dhl.com.

WORLDWIDE SHIPMENTS

Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are subject to the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipment is indicatively expected within 2/5 days from the order. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within three/five working days from shipment. Extra-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is indicatively expected within 5-7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is indicatively expected up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery receipt with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local DHL office and to Tufano Moda, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, all shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Tufano Moda will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Tufano Moda at the Customer's expense. In this case, Tufano Moda will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
