SHIPPING

Shipping costs within Italy are free for amounts over €100.00; otherwise, a shipping fee of €10.00 will be charged per shipment. The cost for international shipments will be indicated in the purchase summary during order confirmation and will vary depending on the destination country. Shipments within Italy are handled by DHL courier, which will send an email to the customer with shipment details upon pickup of the package. To monitor the delivery status, please visit the DHL portal at www.dhl.it.
Delivery Times
Delivery times for ordered goods vary depending on the shipping area (Italian territory) and are usually estimated at around 1-3 working days, while for international deliveries, they vary depending on the destination country and take 3-5 days (Europe) from the shipping date. In all cases, a tracking number will be provided, with which, by logging onto the courier's website, an estimated delivery date and the progress of the shipment will be indicated. The indicated delivery times are merely indicative and are in no way binding for Tufano Srl.

Please note:
All orders received by 10:00 AM (Italian time) each day (Monday to Friday) will be shipped after the next working day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be shipped on the second working day. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered for calculating transport days.
 
Receipt of Goods 
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and the adhesive seals with the website logo (Tufanomoda.com) printed on them are not altered

In case of tampering and/or damage to the packaging, the customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing "RESERVE OF INSPECTION OF GOODS FOR ....." (state the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator. Otherwise, refuse delivery. The customer must then promptly notify tufanomoda.com of the non-acceptance. 

If the customer does not collect the ordered goods within 5 (five) working days, which are held in storage at the courier's and/or Tufano Srl warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the order will be cancelled, and any costs incurred due to the failed collection may be charged.
