General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Products purchased on Tufano Moda are sold directly by Tufano Moda, an Italian company, with registered office in Via G. Cavallaro, 87, registered with the Salerno Chamber of Commerce under no. 232347, Tax Code/VAT no. 02618390658.
The offer and sale of products on the Tufano Moda website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically; those published on Tufano Moda and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
Purchase Methods
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with an image and essential characteristics, for example: colour, size, unit price.
The images and colours of the products offered for sale on Tufano Moda may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Tufano Moda is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.
Product Availability
The products offered for sale and their relative price are those indicated on Tufano Moda

If, at the time of order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by different customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Tufano Moda may change the products offered for sale on Tufano Moda and their relative price at any time and without prior notice.
Product Price
The price of each item is indicated in Euro.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.

For all orders placed outside the European Union, prices are to be understood as exclusive of VAT. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. To find out the amount of customs costs, before placing the order, contact your customs office specifying the nature of the goods and the cost.

Promotional offers, discounts, sales, discount coupons, etc., are limited in time, are not combinable unless otherwise specified, and their application to items may vary during the promotion. If items in the cart during the promotion are paid for after the promotion expires, prices will be calculated without promotional discounts.

 

 

ORDER

Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general terms and conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal Customer account ("register for free"). Please read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Tufano Moda can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Tufano Moda is prohibited.
Tufano Moda reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
Tufano Moda will inform the customer by e-mail of any inability to accept received orders.
Order Confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Payment Methods
Tufano Moda accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Credit Cards (including prepaid cards, Postepay)
Tufano Moda accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Paypal.
Bank transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Tufano Moda – by e-mail – no later than 3 working days from the date of order acceptance.
We will send the ordered items upon receipt of the due amount, which must occur within 7 working days from the date of order acceptance.
The exact bank details for the transfer will be provided by e-mail upon completion of the online order.
Send the transfer receipt by e-mail to the address Tufano Moda specifying in the subject: “Bank transfer receipt – order”.
Any other payment methods may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Tufano Moda. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Tufano Moda. Ordered products remain the property of Tufano Moda until full payment of the relative price.

SCALAPAY

If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the instalments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorise such transfer.
